This transaction is between you and the insurer as noted on your documentation.  Central Agencies Ltd. or Broker Canada Insurance Group Ltd. has no financial interest in your insurer and your insurer has no financial interest in Central Agencies Ltd. or Broker Canada Insurance Group Ltd. 

Central Agencies Ltd. or Broker Canada Insurance Group Ltd. is remunerated by the insurer by way of a commission, and/or by way of a fee paid by you for services rendered.

The Financial Institutions Act prohibits Central Agencies Ltd. or Broker Canada Insurance Group Ltd. from requiring you to transact additional or other business with the Insurer or any other person or corporation as a condition of this transaction.
